Yeah, it is somewhat. xD They do hint at the two carrying for each other but then they never seem to get together.

Haha. Well I was pretty young and naive when I first started reading ff....I didn't learn of slash for a while. My first ship was Joey/Mai, because...well that's just kind of canon, isn't it? xDD
