He was moving but as soon as she said the word human he stopped and shot a threatening glare at her. "are you even suggesting that I go live among those beings?! I think i'd rather take my chances with the elders." He did seem a bit annoyed she'd even mention the human blood he had, he was hardly proud of it and so far it had done him no favors. He sighed finally after a few moments before speaking again. "if i lose the dryad half of me then i'll lose everything i even begin to care about.. i wouldn't be allowed in the forest.. the connection i have with nature.
