the '~' is the reply cross over, this is the post in question; http://crysandrea.com/topic/view/10495/1780#2150023 i was given a wait time of a few days

i asked two weeks and three weeks in after my art. seven days ago she opened a freebie art thread so when i found out it was her i asked about the art again and was given a very rushed doodle within an hour or so

i really, really do not like to complain but this has been weighing quite heavily on me. the art you made was, very low quality, i was exceedingly upset when i received it. it is very low quality, there are sketch marks all over and it is spotty and looks distinctly unfinished, there is also a very large water-mark on it, this is very lazy art. i have talked to several people i know and even shown the image to a few and every last person has told me the same thing, i have been badly cheated by you. i did not get what i paid for and i was shown no respect at all as a customer. people i have talked to have said that that i should either get a refund or a re-do two people have even said hat because you were nearly a month late i should not have had to pay at all(both of whom are shop artists like myself) my own personal stand is if the customer is not happy then the transaction is void and the art /must/ be redone or reimbursed or if it is time that is the matter given extra effort as a way of appreciation for their patience.

you are not me however so i do not know your personal beliefs on the subject but i do know that no shop should ever treat a customer the way you have treated me and though it pains me to speak this way to you i feel that i must say it even if the effort comes to nothing.

You told me not to finish the other half and take the payment, so obviously you are not getting what you paid for. But you did ask for a sketch and that is what I provided. Some days my sketches are cleaner, but overall they are still very sketchy. If you look to the post you made in my shop, it says that you wanted a small image. So my standard watermark is going to look bigger by comparison, but it is always going to be there on images that were not commissioned in real money. I'm sorry you are so disappointed. I'll start up a trade and refund you your items, if that will make you feel better.

However I can not help getting sick and having school, so you'll have to forgive me that I did not jump to finish a virtual currency commission when I had other pressing things to take my time. You should consider that this is essentially free art you're getting. I feel that you should have said something at the time I was working if you are that unhappy with it.

oh, and she did not send a trade and got right offline after sending it^^:
