luka followed his brother closely and as he could his left hand on his staff his right hand in his pockets, he was better casting left but hopefully he wouldn't need his prop for anything more magical than whacking someone on the head


he dug a bit more until he found what he was looking for, a bit of faded pinkish grey ribbon. he smiled a bit and activated it's magic careful to keep the light from showing by cupping it to his theigh and only using his thumb to read the blood runes scrawled on it. 'luden' he whispered 'sword' he touched his brother's hand with the ribbon knowing only he could see in the gloomy darkness.

he and his brother were not very good at comunicating with words but he was glad at least their bond was still strong enough for words not to matter so much, anyone else would not have understood that that bloody little crusty thing was a powerful spell aimed at keeping the weilder safe from death or understood that it took a drop of blood to work, only high level mages and twin brothers knew that
