Not sure how that works, Echo. Wisdom teeth can be a problem since I hear they are softer and more prone to rot since the enamel isn't strong.

I know that here one can go get dental work done at a dental school for cheap, or relatively cheap. Lots of my relatives do it who don't have major work that needs doing.

Rose, brushing twice, flossing once seems to do it for me in terms of teeth care. Apparently plaque needs to be on your teeth for 24 hours before it starts doing damage, and don't brush your teeth after eating or drinking anything acidic. Acidic foods cause the enamel on your teeth to loosen and brushing can brush it off. Drinking lots of pop does a number on your teeth too. A friend of mine used to drink 2 liters of coke a day almost, and his teeth are really bad now. He can't afford to fix them.

I'm in Canada, but dental isn't part of universal health care so I may end up with a nasty bill, but if any potential problems are directly related to personal health than I might get some of it covered.
