i have issues with both as well and i get jumpy without scary stuff XD does not help i am anemic and visual hallucinations from blood-loss is semi-frequent. i see swimmy/skittery black stuff in the corners of my vision and have general dizziness and peripheral issues, for a while it was getting better buuuut this last week or so not so much XD there are blood drips all over the blankets and the bathroom despite my efforts to keep things clean and my hands look like i have been petting super fine wires XD
