um.... it is like celery but tastes like.... um well i have never had it alone XD but it is crunchy and tubery and if i didn't boil it in honey and chili and cream it would prolly be flavory hahaha


it is like raddish, i dont actually know what it tastes like alone only boiled in a stew or soup with lots of other things
