they were both morons, ambrosia for mooning over a man who had enough problems to fill a well and galvin for being too blind to see how far ambrosia would go to please him. what made it worse was that both were so reckless and violent that he did not know how to get them together without bandages and clotting or keep them apart without it crushing what little humanity either had developed in the months they spent together. shaking his head he went to get galvin a blanket and to make sure ambrosia was going back to sleep
