about halfway through the trick he had to step out, cirro's candles always made him woozy. while he was out he called for an ambulance. the crazy guy was just some fanatical religious guy or something and he didn't want to have to bail out cirro if anyone wanted to ask why the man had a knot the size of an egg on his head. closing the phone he went back inside
