If my family (sisters included) saw my manga collection they'd turn to my mom and tell her to beat it out of me or something.. My mom.. she knows about my yaoi obsession.. woke up at one point to see me watching the yummy part of one of the anime. cant think of the name right now

My 12-year-old sister is waayyyy more obsessed with yaoi than I am. You should see some pictures she has saved on the computer ^^;;; And yeah, my parents know what yaoi is. And that all of their kids like it. We don't have any actual yaoi manga, but my sisters have watched anime online.
As fabulous and pretty as they are, Ulti's avatars are always male~

Please use "he"/"him" or "they"/"them" pronouns when referring to me please <3

What was her reaction? Did she join you watching the yummy part? :D

@Ultima: Mine's turning 14 next year. She downloaded about 13 mangas on her iPod to read at night.

xD she is some what of a hypocrite =w=, she hates homosexuality (apparently one of her sisters sexually abused her when she was little) and tells me its wrong of me to be bi yet she'll let me watch yaoi and read yaoi and says its fine ._.,

Hypocrite indeed. Well, my mom has a dislike (not to the point of hate) Homosexuality as well. Mainly because she lost one of her best friend when she got married. Apparently her best friend was in love with her, and that friend ignored (got mad/angry) that my mom got married. (.__.) Complicated.

@kyOMG: That's a funny reaction. XD

@Echo: Wow.... Just... wow.... I don't know how she became concern just because of names. *sweat*

@DK: Oh god. I hate it when people bring religion in a conversation about sexuality preferences.

My parents are christian and they don't give a crap if I'm bi xD I guess I would categorize them as "loose" christians. they believe in jesus and god but don't follow the bible word for word. honestly they don't even think the bible states that homosexuality is wrong.

well, we were taking about unisex names and the Alex I dated is a man, but my mom proceeded it as a girls and then she asked all concerned "So is Alex a girl or a boy?" and I said boy and I heard the sigh of relief.

I like to read religious texts, but I'm against their point of view on Sexuality. Not because I'm bias, but because I don't think anyone has the right to forbid what other wants. Sometimes it just makes me thinks these are just add ins by people who dislike homosexuality and bisexual, not what God really thinks.
