Oh thank you, most people don't notice it or maybe just don't mention it.
Hindi is such a beautiful written language. Every letter is like a little drawing.

I'm not quite as fond of Hindi, the language or its script, but I don't think that's anything to do with the language itself as with being forced to learn it in school, and a lot of people taking this annoying linguistic chauvinistic attitude of, it's necessary to know the language and it's the 'national' language because it's the language of the majority.
It takes like, SO much longer to write in it than in English, lol.

Yes I have seen it written out and I find it beautiful, but then I don't have the history you have with it. I can admire it without having stressful thoughts of it.
I used google translate, I am not fluent at all in Hindi.

Yeah I can understand how you feel when I imagine looking at it as purely a language, just the words, letters and their meaning and no context, personal or cultural... that may not be entirely possible but I can imagine it ^_^

Its like with me and Spanish. I am bi-lingual, and don't find Spanish as romantic as others do.

I see.
Do you dislike it though, or are you indifferent, or you like it and you just don't feel about it the way it's made out to be?

For me its natural to speak Spanish, so it is what it is, for people they are amazed when they hear me all of a sudden switch from English to perfect Spanish!

That's nice o3o
I'll tell CycloneKira about it, she's learning conversational Spanish so she might like to talk to you. She hasn't been on here in a while but I'll drag her back when she has summer break 'cause it'll be around the same time that I do :D

I have helped a few people with Spanish.
It is harder than you would think, unless you just immerse yourself in a culture that only speaks Spanish, then you tend to learn fast.

I see.
I think the learning much faster when you immerse yourself where it is spoken is true of all languages probably.

Yes absolutely, but I know some people that are just 'language' people and can speak many languages w/o being immersed in the culture, but that is a rare and special case. But any language you don't use regularly you would become rusty in I think, so yeah...

Life goes awry every so often, doesn't it?
I am doing well, been reading a lot. I just feel like I need to be alone a lot more lately and reading is the perfect way to keep yourself company.

I forgot about my books. I got really into reading again, and forgot about them. I guess I needed some lighter entertainment. I was reading the autobiography of Dora Maar, one of Picasso's lovers and a photographer.
