I tried adding up the letters in names to see if they make sense, but that didn't work. I used Demonskid (77) as a reference, but ended up with... 93, I think?

Also, if it's a cipher, why would the numbers be from an RNG? Wouldn't they need to be precisely chosen?

If you went with the rollover method, you’d get “ikymavc”; the first number was 35, not 33. Which isn’t a scramble of any common word.
