The Orovoro boys were known to be the brats of a wealthy merchant. With their mother dead, they had no choice to be drug along with their father on his business trips. Unfortunately for them, he was an abusive fuck. As such, they weren't too sad to see him brutally murdered by the crew of The Hangman's Cry. They just sort of...stared coldly as he fell to the floor.
This led to an interview with Captain A'vi Rayt and eventually led them to their current job: Privateers aboard The Hangman's Cry. Their pyromancy and general need to watch things burn and/or die made them perfect candidates for the job.
They've been with The Hangman's Cry since, being a thorn in every cabin boy's and first mate's eye. Pranks are their favorite, and it isn't a well kept secret that each is constantly in tune with the other's thoughts.

The Pride of the Pillager was a ship feared by air sailors across the galaxy, perhaps even the universe. It was a ship known for ambition and success. Those targeted by The Pride of the Pillager were doomed. It was on one of these ships that Zet Rayt found his future daughter, A'vi Rayt. Her parents were nowhere to be found, as this particular ship was carrying a different kind of cargo--slaves. While none of the crew were left alive, Zet found it in his heart to take aboard the slaves and give them positions as the crew, creating the most loyal pirates.
Once, a raid went terribly wrong, and the beloved Captain Zet Rayt was killed. Leaving behind his daughter and his crew, it only made sense that his daughter would take up the mantle of "captain." She commanded the death of the crew by hanging. None were left alive, swinging from the mast of the ship--earning its new name: The Hangman's Cry.
Captain A'vi Rayt was seventeen when she took control of the ship. But having been raised around this airship her entire life, the girl knew how to operate it. Being the daughter of Zet and his companion for 17 years, she knew how to treat the crew and already had their loyalty. However, as far as outsiders were concerned, none knew that the infamous captain had perished.
Witnesses who had seen his death outside of the crew were executed. His daughter took on his appearance for every raid, and every time they needed to recruit. She could change her appearance and voice at will, occasionally taking the time to pull some pranks on her crew.
Fiercely loyal to her crew and her ship, her crew has always been extremely taken care of, and she got no more of the loot than did any of them. Everything was an equal cut, no matter what. Despite this, it does come with prices. Crew members die during raids. It's a fact of this way of life. During the last raid, they took a heavy hit, as did A'vi's heart. But, they are need of members.
Marco Devana

Marco lived his life wandering the streets. He had no parents that he could remember and the orphanage, to be frank, was awful. But, the second he got his hands on a six-shooter, he figured out he could hit just about anything he damn well chose and decided that that was how he was going to make his living--Shooting targets in front of masses of people. His inspiration was the Annie Oakley of eld, and he hoped that he could be as good as her one day.
Qian 'Qi' Bao

Name: Ino Ysh Species:Ansae Class: Space Cowboy Alignment: Tempered Neutral Abilities: Beast master and excellent in a dogfight Vessel:Ganuk the Stealth Cruiser Bio: Ino was always his mother's favorite. When it came to his father, however, that was a different story. He left home before fully maturing and became a drug dealer to make ends meet. After meeting his lizard kin Quash, things changed. He wanted to work for himself, not a corrupt group of people. If he was going to work his ass off for some money, all of it deserved to go to him. He switched to hunting bounties, which eventually led him to kill his prior boss. It gave him a large sum of money and was relatively easy since he knew the king pin's weaknesses. With the handful of credits, he was able to purchase Ganuk. Which he pilots through the galaxy, avoiding the drug lords who now wish him dead.
Shenxin
Name: Shenxin Species: Yingya Class: Samurai Alignment: Lawful Neutral Abilities: Psionic Eyes which shoot lasers as a last resort in battle, also a master swordsman. His exoskeleton protects him from radiation and heat. Vessel: Yingya Battleship Destroyer Bio: Shenxin was raised to be a warrior. Just like all of his family was. Yingya have large families, all of which are trained from the pupal stage. They have the highest regard for female family members since they keep the army populated. Shenxin has never known love, but he lives on a code of honor. Which means that he will protect anyone who is weaker than him, and does not wish to kill those with disadvantages. However, Yingya are amidst an intergalactic cleansing spree. They wish to colonize the entire quarter, wiping out populations along the way. Shenxin wants to believe that this is for the best of his people, yet sometimes, when looking into the eyes of an innocent native who has to be killed, he freezes. This has happened in battle twice now. His leader, Haoshi made sure to reprogram his responses. Now Shenxin is unstoppable. Yet sometimes, he is plagued by the eyes of all the innocent people he had to slaughter.
Tennan Na
Name: Tennan Na Species: Dasyrian Class: Bounty Hunter/Escort/Widowmaker Alignment: Tempered Evil Abilities: Allure/Seduction, dance, great at noticing a person's weaknesses, sword swallowing, adept with knives and swords Bio: Tennan is a victim of the longtime war between the Yingya and the Galactic Federation. Yingya wiped out her planet and recruited several survivors. Unfortunately, this included Tennan's eldest brother. Tennan has a long standing hatred of Yingya after they left her for dead on an abandoned planet. Fortunately, because of her abilities, she was able to make a deal with a travelling space cowboy who got her to a safe city-state. Tennan doesn't talk about her past much, but lets just say that the cowboy who rescued her got her a huge bounty! She has a major hatred of men, despite her practice.
Ilani Shaadmila
Name: Ilani Shaadmila Species: Sceyda Class: Space Cowboy on a personal Phoenix Cruiser Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Abilities: Drugs, super strong right arm, empathic mood manipulation Bio: Growing up in a wasteland has it advantages. One of which is not having any expectations. She was raised by a pack of teenagers, and grew up to try and find her own pack, which she did. Now she makes drugs and transports them. She loves her ship and likes to take her time distributing around the galaxy. She's a go with the flow kinda gal and gets caught up in all sorts of adventures.
