Ah I have that with coral sometimes. Old coral was uh not lighter, but softer? So the hairs don't match perfectly and I can't mix-match everything.

At least with time, we'll have more and more commons to pick from.

the gradients for coral haven't changed. what you're seeing in instances like that is a difference between having the original greyscale file for an item and having to rip a new one from the uploaded versions that have lost detail from the first pass through and will lose more the second time through.

I need to use coral and special soon, somehow. And Galaxy.
That's good to know them having to be ripped. It helps with understanding how things work.

The corals also vary in how bright/dark they are based on how much shading the item has. It makes them fun to do but also kind of a nightmare. D:< but some items with the coral coloring have like really dark shading and then bright spots which make them look like they are like say blue with pink highlights? uh there are some shiny jeans that show that really well.
I'm not very good at capturing the full fun of the corals yet though ._.

mdom: It's much better than what I did with mine, which wasn't anything useful.
Glitch: That seems to be the nature of gradient maps, right? Especially if they are multi-color.
