That's true... cake is so good... there's also buttercream... my sister at lunch was like 'hey cousin, take the cake no one's gonna eat it' and I was ??? I'M GONNA EAT IT!!!

Nice! Buttercream is pretty much a requirement for me. I actually don't care for the spongey cake part, unless it has a lot of texture the way Italian of hummingbird cakes have. A little cake with buttercream is better.

Buttercream isn't popular here, it's so hard to find T^T
I've only seen it in são paulo, not here on the countryside.

What is the icing made out of then? Or do they not really have icing but more of something like a jam?

Usually it's chocolate ehehe. Or something we call chantilly that's similar to creme fraiche.

brigadeiro is very easy to make! You just need one spoon of butter, one can of condensed milk (400ml) and two spoons of cocoa powder.

I love chantilly... so sweet xD

It sounds like a variation of ganache, but that is mostly cream and chocolate in varying proportions.

Yeah, especially with fruit. I don't usually eat it because it would be too easy to over indulge.

Hehehe maybe if there's like a roach going up your pants or something. Here in Brazil there was a dance that was to make an '8' with your butt but I never got it...

I think I remember seeing someone trying to learn the Brazilian one, and they even had a dance background but struggled with it.

I think my back just can't flex that much to pull it off.

Maybe learning will strengthen them as a form of rehab. Are there twerk therapists? I can imagine holding the railing while someone in scrubs helps you jiggle the booty.
