You can also choose the color of each layer, including making it invisible
of course, each time you dye the item you pay something

Yeah since it's in closed beta there's not enough chatting to encourage people to make more avatars. I mean, I know I got basically all my currency from a 'posting event' they had, and not from my own posting

I wouldn't really say that. It can be easier when you're working with a very limited color palette. I wonder how it's done for avatars like ours, though.
