I always wondered if the binary numbers meant anything in this background item.

I like how the irlandeza blessing rainbow kinda blends in with the rainbow magic.

As far as I can tell:
The white ones 110010 translate to the number 2. The dark green 010101 doesn't mean/translate to anything, and I can't read the other ones.

As far as I can tell (and I'm the one wearing the item) it doesn't mean anything. They'd have to be grouped in chunks of 8 to be able to use any standard way of decoding them.
