Omniscient
We've tried other browsers, and they just didn't cut it.
And this computer works fine with other sites like Roliana, Crysandrea and Ernya. XD I wouldn't dare try gaia...gaia just lags...and is horrible to this poor computer.

It's working much better now. o.o

And my father is a 45 year old WoW addict...very picky on his internet. Since it's HIS computer he wants IE, and nothing else. >_< Shame...I'd like to have firefox.

@Coder
Thank you for looking into the problem and such.
o.o Sorry if it caused any trouble however.

Logan - I use Konquorer... and Chromium...
Konquorer is basically a manager that comes with K-Office. It can be used as a web browser and managing files. Yay for Linux. xD

As I mentioned in another thread, there's an IE plugin that will let IE use Chrome's renderer for pages that are set up to use it (and Trisphee is): http://code.google.com/chrome/chromeframe/

For all those people saying they have one browser and not the other: You know, you could download Firefox and still have IE.

I currently have... three browsers on this computer. The family Desktop has four (including AOL, which my parents use). You don't really have to have one browser over the other. xD

If you're having issues with getting logged out when you shouldn't, or staying logged in when you try to log out, you should clear your trisphee.com cookies.

would it be possible to write up a quick tutorial on how to clear the cookies for only one site? I know how to clear all my cookies, but not selectively the Trisphee ones.

In Safari on Mac, the "Show Cookies" command in the preferences has a search field. Just type "trisphee" in there. Firefox on Mac has a "Remove Individual Cookies" option in the Privacy section, also with a search field. In Opera, on Mac, Tools -> Advanced -> Cookies works that way as well. I assume there are equivalent functions in the Windows versions.

In Internet Explorer I don't believe there's any convenient way to do it short of opening the Temporary Internet Files folder (there's a button to pull this up in the settings window) and sifting through the entire list to find them.

I turned off a lot of the shiny graphical effects like rounded corners, gradient backgrounds, and drop shadows. (I replaced some of the gradients with images in IE so it wouldn't look TOO flat.)

Thanks! I actually use Chrome but I found a similar "show cookies" button that will let me clear just the Trisphee cookies. this is really helpful. =)

I don't have Chrome installed on my laptop so I couldn't look it up. :P

that's okay. Chrome had the same general option in the same general place, so it worked. =)

yeah, but there are those of us you CAN'T download anything else. low memory. and buying more memory is not all that simple either. some don't have the money.

for me, i had one browser for the longest. i had to delete Sims 2 just to get space for Firefox and even then, my computer still slows down. xD

but yeah, it would lock me out when i came on with IE. i'd go to the shops and it would lock up. i'd have to close the whole browser.
