Cool What's your favorite Yu-Gi-Oh card?   #1
Someone might of made me smile when they joked in the fav pokemon topic by using blue eyes as their answer. Anyways, I am genuinely curious if there are other yu-gi-oh/duel monster players here?

So what's your favorite monster/trap/spell card/s? can be from the shows or from the actual game.

Mine are:
Red Eyes Darkness Dragon
Nightmare Wheel
Change of Heart

Granted, most of my YuGiOh knowledge is from pre-2005, but I always thought my Super Roboyarou was awesome as heck. Sadly was in my YuGiOh card book when it was stolen and sold by one of my brothers :/

lol bluebird, have you watched yugioh abridged?

@Everashwood That really sucks that, that happened. My cards ended up just getting disused because I won too much at the lunch table at school it just kinda got boring lol. I would tell your brothers to replace it now that you are older.

It's no dbz abridged but it's pretty close at times on quality lol, I also recommend yugioh gx abridged; I could never watch the actual gx, but the few abridged episodes told me everything I ever needed to know lol.

I never liked Yu-Gi-Oh. Its gameplay was too shallow in the early years and the mechanics have always been too blatantly susceptible to power creep and pay-to-win. A good TCG lets you build a playable deck using only commons and uncommons and still have a chance of winning -- yes, you're never going to avoid well-built, expensive decks always having an advantage, but a well-designed game will allow someone with a less-expensive deck to make up for some of the loss with good strategy. Magic: the Gathering does this. Pokemon TCG used to support it and still sort of does but the power creep has become an issue. Yu-Gi-Oh... nnnnnnot really. I've had a couple people try to argue that it does, but nobody has ever been able to actually show me.
