I've been through this process before, but now I'm at a dead end. ( This is Windows 7 btw. )
My activation time is gone, and I've tried everything. I called microsoft, went through the whole automated thing, but they told me I could not get a new key because I'd installed on too many computers ( Just three. ) and I'll have to buy an entirely new copy.. which is like $130 freaking bucks. Unless I just get Windows 8 which is $40 if I download it. I don't have the money for this; I just want to use my computer without it going black all the time from "You must activate" messages every half an hour.
Is there some other way for me to do this?

Nevermind, all I had to do was lie and tell them I only have it on one computer, lolol.
