Having helped plan one forum event before I know I won't be much use in planning because all I do is recap and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Good luck y'all! And since it may possibly be an annual event the big question is THEME. If the idea of a Ball wasn't already taken in a recent event then that would be perfect because it's social and a ball can take on different themes each time...saying taht was kinda pointless. Anyways I'll just fade away now. -____-"
