ok whining over. time to analyze this situation to prevent it from happening again.

oof. can relate with phones only being semi-functional. my current phone's screen is getting a bit worse for wear, i need to get it repaired but i'm not sure about leaving it to repair people, given that it's got some pretty important data and fanfiction on it.
