So why can't I buy anything from the stores? I can click the options, but that does nothing.

Well, first off welcome to Trisphee. Second, what do you mean that you've clicked on the options? Do you mean that you click on the different shops? Or on the items in a shop? If it's the latter, then when you click on the item in the shop there should be a button in window that pops up that says "Buy Now".

Well, I don't seem to be getting the option to click "Buy Now".
Heck, I can't even get any avatar creation options to pop up in the right menu!

Okay. Gimme a sec and I'll do some screen shots to see if it helps any. I'll edit it back into this post.

First click on the Shops tab up at the top, it will bring you to a screen like this:

Then when you click on one of the specific shop tabs you will get a screen like this (I went to the Salon for this example):

Once here, you can click on one of the items (the Basic Curly Cue Hair for this) which is where you will find the "Buy Now" button:

Where it says free in that picture is where you will find the price of the item. This process goes for any of the shops. The same placement of price goes when in the second image (i.e., where you see free there).

Alright, inserted a bit of a walk-through for the shops in my previous post.

Right, I do all that, but nothing pops up after I click a purchasable option.
Does it matter that I'm using Firefox?
Are there any plugins that interfere with this site?

Ah...that might be the problem. Firefox has been....picky when it comes to this site. The coders have been working on it, but have no idea what the problem is as of the last thread concerning the issue. Try using another browser. It has problems with creating an avatar as well (in that it won't allow any "below" layers to be saved).

I'll try switching to Chrome or something. I'll let you know if there's any difference.

Yea, Firefox seems to hate trisphee so its best to use Chrome, Safari, or Opera for this site. Especially when making avatars.

If it does fix your problems with the shop, then I would recommend making a thread in the Error Report section since this seems to be a new occurrence.

Oh, just as an add-on, after clicking the "Buy Now" button you should see a mini-screen of the same size which says something like "Item Purchased Successfully".
