I'm still pretty new to the whole "smartphone" thing, and I technically don't have a smartphone, but an iTouch, but they do pretty much all the same things anyway except making phone calls.

Anywho, I've been looking around for neat games or useful apps, aside from the obvious Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

One game that I've been pretty addicted to since I first got my iTouch is Tiny Tower. It's a management-type game where you are given a plot where you are building the biggest tower you can. You have people (Bitizens) move in, you collect rent, and put them to work in various stores that you build. If you give a Bitizen their dream jobs, you'll earn a bonus and then stocking that floor will run even more smoothly. It also has adorable pseudo-8-bit graphics.

Triple Town is a neat puzzle-type game where you have to match things three at a time to "upgrade" them to the next form. So, for example, put three bushes down together, they form into a tree, three trees together makes a house, three houses makes a hotel-type house, etc. You try to build up as much as you can while also saving space for yourself. It's an interesting challenge, especially getting everything placed correctly.

Well, it's not free, but the Infinity Blade games are interesting. They have good gameplay and an interesting storyline as well.

Bubble Xplode is interesting as well if for no other reason than to kill time popping bubbles.

Uh..I haven't picked up my itouch in a long time but some games I play are
CrossFingers and unblock me
Fruit Ninja and Pocket God
Oh and I was pretty hooked onto Draw Something for a while

Oh man, forgot all about Draw Something. Now I have like 30 active games and that's just a CHORE to get through nowadays.

If we're thinking of the same Pocket God at least, yeah. I played a little of it when it was brand new. I can see it being a better iOS game than Facebook, though... hmm.

Bejeweled, Bubble shooter, and Angry Birds. Any of them are time consuming addicting stupid games that will drive you mad....

You have to get them xD

Zezonia is a fun RPG, and there are 4 of them. Not sure if they have iOS versions.

A friend just sent me a code for Where's My Water? and I still need to check it out. Looks adorable, though!

Next time I have wifi for my iPod I'll check out some of these. :3 Though, Kira, I think after all the fuss about Angry Birds, I was a bit disappointed. xD;

i had a little game i liked for a while er it was like Tiny Farm or something along that line. Cute game takes a few moments every few hours to get your clickies done on the animals :)
