Ive got one of those for my phone, it tints my screen during the hours I specify
Personally my screen is dark and red as hell with the night mode app

i have a blue-light filter on all the time on my phone, and my laptop is in night mode. my brightness is not very bright, but i don't have percentages, so i don't really know - 25-30% maybe?

I do use things on night mode when I can
I can't use color filters because I'm too nearsighted |D and the phone screen is so small

no idea. i had a pair of sunglasses back when i was dealing with a pretty nasty eye infection.

Mine doesn't show percentage, but I have to slide it almost all the way down to make the screen dim enough. But my eyes are pretty light sensitive and strain easily.

I get sometimes a floating glitter effect. But have migraines, so could be part of that. But have to avoid looking too far to the side or for too long, or that will actually trigger it and my eyes become useless.

I developed light resistance because I can't/couldn't wear sunglasses due to already wearing regular glasses
