Attempt to stab the antagonist in a sensitive area (preferably an eye) to incapacitate them, then escape as quickly as possible.

Cautiously agrees to the trade, but is highly suspicious.

Yes and no. Crayons=bonus incentive, but it's actually cool to think about different characters would interact to something as simple as a crayon.

Immediately begin organizing them by color, because those boxes invariably come in a jumble.

Your character is given a wrapped box with an unknown number of crayons inside, plus one crayon for reference. How do they find out how many crayons are in the box without looking inside it?

Your character is given a wrapped box with an unknown number of crayons inside, plus one crayon for reference. How do they find out how many crayons are in the box without looking inside it?

As we have established, my character is very organized. it would be a simple matter for her to count off the number of crayon lengths, width and depth of the box is and use the area formula for calculating the number of crayons that can fit inside. Not claiming that I personally know the formula, but she does.

Not quite, for there are already some crayons in the box. The trick is to guess how many.

My character just shakes it an guesses, and then moves onto something more interesting.
