I'll have to poke around and figure out how to use that. I use gmail for all personal stuff. At work we use outlook and I hate it.

okay, i has question!

at my previous house I had ceiling edging (for lack of a better word) that went around my kitchen. randomly, there were nails in the edging, because the people who lived there before us hung up a LOT of stuff.

so I kept the nails, and hung up some foam stamps that represented the elements for me. I've been trying to figure out where to put them in the new kitchen....mainly because I don't have an odd number of spaces: I have Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit, God, and Goddess - which is 7, and i do want Spirit included.

anyhoo, the first pic has just the 6, and the second has my idea for where to put Spirit..... any thoughts?

Yeah, that would drive me crazy, the uneven amount vs spacing lol.

Are you dead set on placing them right on the cabinets? You could space them out more evenly on the backsplash underneath the cabinets but I can also see them not being as visible there if your counter gets cluttered. I know mine does.

Personally I might also be somewhat tempted to use just the last two cabinets on each side or just the second to last two on each side placing the four elements in the the corners of one or like a diamond and then the God, the Goddess, and Spirit in horizontal line in the other just to give somewhat of a symmetrical look over all as best as is possible. So like (very rough sketch lol):

Yeah, I think that's probably the closest your going to be able to get to spacing them all out evenly

Those command hook thingies are amazing though I have had some that were left on for a long time and then when I went to take them off they do not come off as easy as they make it out. Maybe it's that I was using a cheaper brand or something but I've had a least a handful do that to me.

oh they are. when we moved, there were some that i couldn't get off the wall, and i didn't want to try to hard and pull the paint off. XD

I'm always torn between using something like that or nails cause it's just so easy to tap tap a nail in then I've a bunch of holes in the wall b/c every once in a while I get a bug up my butt and want to rearrange stuff.

We redid the bedroom just a little while ago and I still haven't hung up everything I want to. I've my witch hutch on my side of the bed. Top shelf is reserved as an altar but still doesn't quite fit everything so I still have a few things I want to put up on the wall.
