That food actually looks super tasty!
I am allergic to eggs, but the rest of it looks really nom-worthy!

My daily awesome...
It's hard to think of an awesome, but I went to a new class today and I loved it! I had so much fun. And it was really nice because the instructor was really patient and very informative.

Here in LA, loads of new actors think that the instructor has to scream profanities at you to be considered a "good" instructor. Personally, if I screw up a line, it doesn't *help* me when the instructor screams stuff like, "You f***ing idiot! I can't believe you cant' even get this shit right! You're f***ing hopeless!"

Like... why would I pay someone to tear me down like that? That's NOT cool and I don't improve that way.

I've been sitting in on a class where the instructor does that. And everyone is scared of her and most of the time, people don't want to pay money to take her class.

But the instructor I saw today was really patient and actually made me excited to act and learn.
It was really refreshing, if I say so myself.

I'm glad I moved out of Los Angeles. I worked in Hollywood long enough to know that's not my jam.

Sometimes, I will go out of my way to get to ONE specific Coffee Bean that makes my drinks perfectly every, single, time!

When the product is good and the customer service is good... !!!!!
It's awesome!

I'm really sad that some of the baristas that made me drinks before have left.
But it doesn't really matter now anyway because the fall drinks are not being made anymore. They've moved on to winter drinks.

So now I have to find a NEW favorite drink!

I worked in a recording studio on Sunset Boulevard. Blank white front with gold doors, not too far from the overpass over the 405. Nice enough place, that. Got to hear the Red Hot Chili Peppers recording an album once. Really proud of the work I did while I was there.

But the owner... is, quite literally, an entitled British rock star, and this is not the appropriate thread for having a flashback to the event that ended my employment there.
