yeah. it's why my ma's sworn off that fish and chip shop. we have another one round here.

the fish and chip shop that served my brother that was owned by a nice chinese lady, then they sold it to some turkish people. i think the chinese lady has since retired.

There was this one time in middle school where, as an icebreaker, the teacher asked the class what their favorite foods were, and my friend very exuberantly answered "raw fish" instead of "sashimi". The predominantly-white class was, uh... in mild shock.

i mean. it does have raw fish, but as a *component*. it's not the whole damn thing. the rice is also a component, and it is tasty as fuck.

I mean, there's also sashimi as just sashimi, without the rice, but there's a difference between sashimi and just "raw fish".

...Ugh, wish I could get good sashimi in Arizona. Not that I'd trust it. Probably.
