so, the compact / portable washing machine i got is effectively fucking useless thanks to not even being able to get the inlet pipe to work with the tap that my dad installed, and it's also more or less sprayed water everywhere due to the drain pipe slipping off the fucking washing up tub that i placed as a temporary bucket.

i need recommendations for a decent compact washing machine. quickly, because i'm running out of clean clothing to wear, and i'm sick of stinking like my idiotic, alcoholic cunt of a father who barely even bothers to take care of himself, let alone a damn shop.

the one that i bought is a cosvalve.

Wish I had some useful insight for you for a machine, but until you can get one that works, if you have a bucket or large-ish plastic tub...or just a bathtub that you can fill, tub laundry can be a viable way to wash your clothes.
I don't do it often, but with only 1 washer and dryer for technically 13 apartments (and laundry room "quiet hours" aka: can't do laundry at a time that would be convenient for me)...you get the point

Process if you want:

Put the clothes into a plastic tub placed into the bathtub for convenience (or directly into the tub if doing it that way) add a tiny bit of detergent, fill it with water and stir it around with an old broom handle, let soak for 20-30 min, stir again, dump/drain the water and refill/repeat previous steps as a sort of "rinse cycle", then wring out the excess water and hang overnight(sometimes slightly longer depending on temperature/humidity) to dry. Or put in dryer if one is available.

Uh... the intake hose it came with is... I wanna say 1m long? The drain hose is a little shorter than I would have liked, maybe 1.5m if I recall correctly (I don't have it anymore, I sold it once I moved into a house), but they don't both have to be hooked up at the same time. I just wheeled it over to the toilet when I wanted to drain it.

I mean heck, you can fill it with a bucket if you want to. It doesn't HAVE to be filled by the hose.

Lift the lid and half fill tub with water via either the water inlet located on the top of the appliance (A) or directly in to the tub (B), taking care to not allow water to flow over the control panel.

What's your plan for drying clothes? The model I had was a two-tub design. The left tub was the washer and the right tub was a spin-dryer. The spin-dryer still leaves the clothes coming out damp, so I also had a matching compact tumble dryer. You could also line-dry them, of course; the spin-dryer will speed that up but there's no reason you couldn't just squeeze out your clothes before hanging them up if you get a washer without a spin-dryer.
