Default My story stuff   #1
I stare up at the ceiling. There's so many things to do, so much to say. Here i am though, with just me and the empty room. What am i to do. My head is spinning. I curse and sit up looking at the empty screen, that should be filled with a story by now, if not five of them. Writer's block sucks. I jump a little on my bed. THAT'S IT!! I pick up my computer and start typing. If my writer's block is stopping me from writing then why not write about what is stopping me!

Problem to the Solution
I generally find that the least opportune times is when you actually have an idea to write about. It never comes to you when you're open and free, it's always late at night or in the shower or somewhere in public. I try to get down as much as I can in those situations. A little notebook can go a long way!

Once Roald Dahl got the idea for the story 'The Way Up to Heaven' while he was driving and had nothing to write with.

He stopped the car and wrote 'ELEVATOR' on the back windshield by tracing it in the dust.

PM if you're selling?
