I been looking around and I don't see this, so when do they leave the shops? Is it exactly a month from when they where released?

the first of the month a new set of monthlies is released so the last day of a month is the last day to get the current monthlies

a lot of things have been released in the last two months and the coders and colorists are few in number, it happens sometimes

If they went into the store on the 7th(in late) then they'll be in till the 7th of next month. If not I can hook you up with some once you get the runes :P

They were released on the first. If you look at the bottom of the first post in the announcement, depending on the time zone it should say a time near midnight. But if you do not live in North or South America the time can be extremely different. We release based on Eastern Time Zone, and I can confirm that they were released on time :).
