If you previously posted in (or stalked) the Wishlist Smuggling Outpost, you might recognize a few. Of course there is no guarantee each user will win what they wished for, but each raffle prize was some person's wish. Don't like your prize? Don't complain. I'm sure in that case there's at least one user who would gladly take it off your hands. Besides, there's still a reasonable probability Pengore will destroy us all once the Festival of Frost comes to a close. So enjoy those shinies while you can.
