(\^u^/) Hello, as the thread title says I'm a more than slightly rusty Roleplayer who's looking for people to Rp with. While wielding a good handful of idea's I would love to actually see work instead of just dieing out. As well as willing to join other people's Rp's of course.

Over the years I've lost my spark to rp with most people, because 95% of the time I've been in rp's the last few years people have all ended up stagnating. On cue of people leaving, falling off the face of the earth, or because I've been completely ignored after directly interacting with someone f-ack:.

I am a Semi-Literate Rp'er, or as some would say an Intermediate to Advanced writer in general. This meaning I can usually reply with any where from bare minimum 1 and a half paragraphs to 9+ in response depending on what kind of material I've been given to work with from those around me. Hopefully this doesn't intimidate anyone, because it really does depend on my partners/ others in the group as to how much i actually write :).

Now that I've mumbled through my intro, I should probably write down the ideas I mentioned in case anyone would care to try them out with me hm? :).

Ideas

Present Day World + Fantasy World through Rift

It's literally the present day as it is for us in real life. nothing is amiss or out of the ordinary until one day people of this world are unexpectedly dragged through tears/rifts in reality caused by events elsewhere and waking/stumbling into a completely foreign world. A world populated by everything and anything that in their right minds would never have been considered real. Knights, Mages, Kings, Dragons, Kingdoms, Fae, Merfolk and amongst so much more most importantly Magick.

For a majority of those whom end up dragged into this new world, their passage was 'safe' and left 'mostly' unchanged, But for others the rifts they were dragged through were not so 'stable'. For them, the affects of being dragged from one world into another was far more evident in form.

[In short a Fantasy based Rp, wherein people from our world are dragged into this magicked based world and left stranded. Leaving what they do up to them. Whether they try and find a way back, or even try and cope and learn to live in this new world that spans around them.

Also if you'd like to know what 'Event' caused the rifts in the first place it was a battle between to opposing sides of great power that will at some point come into play during the Rp :)]

Magick Private Academy/College/University..A.k.a Hearthwood

Now this one is pretty explanatory honestly, although i've tried this idea before it kind of fell flat and didn't even start up because the Rp community base was very lacking, But i'm willing to post the Rp if people are interested.

Dragonic Earthenis War

This one is a mix of Sci-Fi technological world basing and Certain elements of Fantasy. People start off as recruits or soldiers serving on the side of a war between factions.

Over a hundreds years ago dragons and a select few other species believed to be myth were 'rediscovered'. with that rediscovery a power struggle immediately ensued that after discovering something even more shocking then these long lost mythos caused the world to be split in two dividing factions and eventually progressed into an all out world war. In this war Dragons became a focal point in both sides armies, and the struggle to take hold of what had been discovered was the for front of this war.

[Essentially a war between to sides where's dragons are used directly as weapons/allies and characters would be new recruits or current soldier to one side.]

Cryogenesis Time jump

The world is believed to be falling into crysis by the governments of the word and so plans are made to ensure the survival of humanity, but along the way they find a way to 'fix' the problem and in turn hide away the evidence that would have placed them under scrutiny. unfortunately that 'evidence' is the characters.....

[This rp involves cryogenetics and mutation, that forces characters involved to figure things out after waking up from being frozen. Will explain more if asked :)]

Sleepover Wish/Story Gone 'Wrong'

One person has invited people over for a sleepover at their newly moved in house. those people do or don't show up and as the night goes on a story is told and the one who invited everyone then jokes around about the story and asks everyone what they would do if the story was true.

[The twist to this is something i'm not going to say right away but know this one is supernatural in nature]

Zodiac School

Certain people in the world have begun to have strange dreams, of the stars falling from the sky to speak with them of the collapse of the world sphere. They also speak of how only those born with the strength and Power of the stars themselves can stop this cataclysme from being started. When these people awaken the dream will be nothing but a very faint and blurrily forgotten dream that seems to have no meaning.

[Nother one to ask me more about although this idea if far more open ended to interpretation, but an academy of sorts is involved in this one]

As you can see i have a high penchant for the unnatural/fantasy based right now lol but i'd love to see these be put to action QwQ!
