It's freaking me out so much,
I know that it's not super dangerous or anything... but the guilt is making me feel terrible. My stomach is hurting all the time, my anxiety makes me feel near-constant pain, been very sweaty and too scared to talk to my friends.

Since the break up , my ex has gotten into researching schizophrenia... I guess he wanted me to know that he's been working on trying to understand me and what I experience day-to-day...
He also just had surgery and I'm just... I dunno. My tummy is really nervous lately. He could have died. It messes with my .. thoughts? My brain? I don't know!

Anxiety at a time like this is entirely understandable. I can tell you all of the reassuring things, like how the virus requires damp conditions so cases should drop over the summer, or how you're young and basically healthy and following all of the safety advice.

But I know that those don't do anything about that visceral fear deep down. So I'll just say this: You're not alone in feeling like this. You're going to be okay. You're doing everything right, and you're not wrong to feel worried, so try not to let it get to you.
