To clarify on this,

With a Mature tag (M), you're free to include all sorts of swearing, a lot of gore, and some really suggestive stuff, but straight up going at it like a couple of rabbits isn't allowed. Think that really flowery stuff in old lady harlequin romances, where they dance around the subject to heck and back and never ever use dirty words that might offend their readers or ruin how poetic it is.
