I've never used the spools but they seem pretty limited in their function. I'd probably lose interest in those too.

Well, with the cords made from the spools you can do things like rugs, or even toys by sewing them together. If you can stick to making the cord long enough.

Sorry for not replying earlier. I had my first work related trip, which included a three day stint in selling at the booth that started early and ended late, a drive there through a rain storm in the dark, and a little bit of getting lost. Also much geeking over beautiful old buildings.
