[top]Moderator Positions

As Trisphee continues to grow, the need for qualified moderators will continue to grow as well. That being said, Trisphee is going to start accepting applications from users who think they have what it takes to be a moderator. Keep in mind that sending in an application does not guarantee acceptance and Trisphee may still choose qualified users who have not submitted an application at the discretion of the admins.

To be a moderator, one must be able to handle things objectively and set a good example for the users. You should be active in many different forums and be well versed in Trisphee's Rules and Guidelines. As a moderator, you must also be able to follow instructions and work well with other members of the moderator team.

In order to apply to be a moderator, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have an account that has been active for at least six months.
• Have no infractions.
• Behaves in such a way that they are considered a role model for the community.
• Works well with staff when reporting issues and does report legitimate issues.
• Is consistently active in the community.

If you think you fit the qualifications and would like to submit an application to become a moderator, then send an application to Sei by either by private message or email. This application must include your real name, Trisphee username, age, as well as a resume demonstrating your relevant skills and experience. A paragraph or two explaining what being a moderator means to you should also be included. The application will be reviewed by Trisphee's administrators.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a PM that will welcome you into our Moderator in Training (MiT) program. The training will prepare you for you job as a moderator on Trisphee. If no positions are available, you will be informed when we have an open position or need an additional moderator.

It is important to remember that moderators are volunteers and as such do not receive physical payment. We do our job for the good of the community.
