Yes.

Using the "decrease indent" button removes the "increase indent" tag.

It has been tested that using the "decrease button" does not remove any "increase indent" tags if they are not highlighted.

Note: I had used the "decrease indent" button to remove the "increase indent" tag around "yes", but I did not use the "decrease indent" button to remove the "increase indent" tag around "sup".
