Something is going wrong with my body and I can't figure out what it is..

First I've been having a weird bleeding issue...
Menstrual bleeding in-between periods that was really heavy...
Now, when my period was supposed to start, I bled a little and have had no blood since...

And symptoms of my MI tell me, "You're dying. It's over. You've been infected and everyone and everything around you will die"

If everything you listed there is all related to the same root cause then it's probably a bacterial infection. The good news is that bacterial infections are usually pretty treatable.

It could also be diet and stress levels. Irregular periods can be triggered by stress. Rashes can be caused by diet or by stress. And some food colorings can stay lingering in your urine. But if you've been eating the same stuff you always eat and your life has been fairly normal, this isn't especially likely. And even if it were... you should still see a doctor.
