I'm getting kinda-sorta promoted at work!

I say kinda-sorta because I do have a new title ("Special Projects Lead") and new responsibilities (leading special projects, naturally), but it's not yet clear if it's going to come with a salary increase or benefits.

I'm kind of intimidated, though. I've been having a really rough couple of weeks in terms of being able to get things done. I'm overwhelmed by everything that's been going on in my life and when I sit down to work I just can't get my head in the right place. And this is setting off my impostor syndrome something fierce. @.@
