I think they all have good points here, my dear. I can somewhat understand the want of doing something that you enjoyed a lot, but I know you don't want to go to jail at all. Do what everyone has suggested, I think. Tell them that you're on probation and while you appreciate the offer, you can't risk it because of jail. Also tell your boyfriend that you really appreciate that he's been abstaining for your sake, and while you can't force him to or even want to, it has been really helping to curb the temptation as long as he says no too. As long as that's true of course XD
