Um... I mean, really they could go in either Artist's Alley or Games & Tech. Depends on your audience and intent. Games & Tech would be the place to put it if you were opening a discussion for ukagaka in general and you were sharing them so other people can use them. Artist's Alley would be the place to put it if you were intending to show off your artwork to people who don't particularly care about running ukagaka software and just want to squee over cute characters.
