My new psychiatrist is amazing!

She called just to check in on me and make sure things were going okay,
And said if I have any questions, I can feel free to reach out to her on her personal number.

I know it sounds pretty standard.
But I'm poor, and the care I've been getting from my team has almost been bordering "just enough" and absolutely abysmal since I've been here. Very few people in my team especially in the first few months actually took the time to properly help me with my mental health struggles. Even after I was discharged from inpatient treatment the last time, I didn't really have anyone other than my therapist in my corner who actually showed that they cared about my wellbeing.

So to have this psychiatrist actually want to help me! And for her to actually like.. call ME first?!

I know it's sounds silly,
But it means so much to me!
