I don't have my 3DS friend code because my 3DS's battery is always dead. ^^; I don't play it often enough.

As for the "reduce to 1 HP" moves, those are intended to do two things. One, they're intended to finish a fight right then and there -- these moves are almost always ridiculously powerful. Two, they're intended to trigger leader skills that activate when you're below a certain HP threshold (Goemon, Hercules, Antikythera, Folklore) or to power active skills that get stronger at low HP (Devil Fish, Vritra).
