I have a section in my quest thread for keeping up with looks. The Lightshot screenshot tool I have is a godsend, I'm telling you. You click it (or press your prnt scrn button), then drag out a box around what you want to screenshot, like in about any standard image editing software. You can even write on it at this point, or type in text, if you wanted a signature or caption. There are tools for saving right to your computer or uploading it to their dedicated image service, that you can then hotlink to. (It's not immediately linkable on most forums, you have to go to the address it gives you, then right click and select 'copy image address'.) This is a lot of text, but the steps themselves are a lot faster than just using your standard screenshot button, then cropping and posting in an editor, then finding somewhere to upload it.
