Croire wiped the sweat off his brow before turning to the window to face the mysterious voice.
'Thanks...'
He looked at the weapon in his hand, then back at the guy in the window.

The less he knows about my weapon, and me, the better...

'I indeed hear them, and I agree. I assume you have some fighting experience, yourself?'

Croire then walked out of his house, shutting his door behind him and walking cautiously toward the other guy.

'My name is Croire. Might I ask your name before we head off?'
