SHAMPOOOOOOOO
So, I made shampoo bars and was super excited to try one, but in the shower it would not lather ad then after it was rinsed out it my hair felt clumpy and stiff. I got out of the shower and dried my hair and it was nice near the scalp but down the back was icky, clumpy and oily(not greasy though). Mom used it the same day and she loved it. So i was like wtf? I looked up some info and turns out my hair type being so fine and our water being so hard was probably combining to make my hair impossible to wash with a shampoo bar. So I did MORE research on how to make a liquid shampoo and every recipe sounded awful to me. Like it wasn't really soap or used a pre-made soap as a base and I was not happy with these ideas. So I tried using the liquid soap I made awhile ago and it have a similar result to the shampoo bar, clumpy oily not happy hair. So is did the crazy thing. I grated up a shampoo bar and soaked it in water for 24 hours then put it in a bottle and tried using it as an actual liquid shampoo. I was not expecting good results tbh. Crazily enough though this has worked the best so far. I'm just sad cuz I really liked the sandal wood scent I put in the other liquid soap..... Also with all of these I did a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse. First time it seemed to do nothing, second it helped with the clumpy factor and this time I think I had it too strong as my scalp is slightly red.
