Rest is not easy to get. My mind doesn't wuiet down until between 3-5am usually and then I wake up usually between 8-9 am, then nap off and on for the next few hours or as long as my brain will let me.
And I am such a ball of stress and anxiety right now that only the few hours (or like....30-45 minutes according to my generic fitbit) that I'm in deep sleep am I able to relax and rest.
