[top]How To Report A Bug/Glitch/Technical Problem

If you're unsure if something is a bug, glitch, or technical problem, you're welcome to PM a member of staff (moderators are usually always online and love to answer questions).

When posting your bug, glitch, or technical problem, there are a few steps that you can follow to help the staff figure out what might be causing it:

  1. Make the problem known. Find a thread with your issue or, after looking, post a new thread with a descriptive title - naming it something like 'glitch' does not help, while naming it 'avatar editor is giving me a 404 error' will immediately give starting information.
  2. Elaborate on your issue. What's going wrong? Is it only on specific pages, with specific items, or something of that nature? This will help to narrow down what could be causing it.
  3. Give crucial information. This includes your OS (PC/Mac), your web browser (IE/FF/etc.), what you did right before the error (which may play a factor), when it happened (at a specific time?) and if possible, provide screenshots that give a visual of the error.
  4. List solutions that you have tried. This gives those who fix it the advantage of starting at a point closer to fixing it instead of at step one.
  5. Be patient. Some problems may really irritate you, but please keep in mind that Trisphee staff works very hard to solve them and will fix it as soon as they can.
